I Have Dropped Arches On My Feet And Sometimes I

I have dropped arches on my feet and sometimes I get a lower back pain and sometimes I get a numbness in my leg and arm I got a deep back massage and the next day I got that numbness feeling back I was just wondering would it be caused by my feet for starters
