I Have Dry Eyes Have Been Going From Drop To

I have dry eyes have been going from drop to drop for them antibiotics , lubricants . Have been told I have cysts on my eye balls, eyelids a puffy. The last drop my eye doctor gave me was an antihistamine. I also have kidney stones from protein. My eye cysts are said to be protein ? I also have arthritis. Where can I go for relief? Are old or hot compresses best for eyes?
