I Have Dry Patchy Spots On My Vagina And I

I have dry patchy spots on my vagina and I just noticed after I showered. I also have what seems to be an ingrown. I was tested two months ago and didn't test positive for anything. I had what I thought was a break out it just happened to be an allergic reaction
