I Have Dry Skin On My Fingers On My Right

I have dry skin on my fingers on my right hand...think because I wash my hands frequently with soap.
For the past one year, I have been using moisturisers and steroid creams. It subsides for a while but still comes back. I visited another dermatologist last week who prescibed several medications including tablets to be taken orally and creams to be applied topically.
They are:
Ranitidine tablets IP 150 mg twice daily for a week
Zincovit opex 1 tablet daily for a week
Doxy 1 ( Doxycycline and Lactic Acid Bacillus Capsules) twice daily for 3 days and once daily for 4 days
Lavosiz tablet to be taken at night (allergy tablets may to stop itching)
Fusidic Acid cream
Propysalic NF ointment to be applied to reduce rough skin once the dry skin problem subsides

I havent started taking the tablets yet as I need a second opinion
