I Have Dull Ache On My Backside Just Below The

I have dull ache on my backside just below the waistline. It just came on suddenly and kept me awake last night. It seems to ease up then come back. I don't recall picking anything heavy up and it's not real painful just annoying. I thought maybe it was my kidney but I think it's too low.
