I Have Dull Discomfort, Not Really Pain In Lower Right

I have dull discomfort, not really pain in lower right abdomen. It comes and goes, does not hurt to touch when I try to pinpoint it. I have a little belly fat can pinch an inch. When I pinch inch in lower right area it feels a little tender but only in that outer area in the fat.
