I Have Dull Persistent Pain At My Belt Line Down

I have dull persistent pain at my belt line down to my groin. With a sensation when I urinate that I haven't emptied my bladder. My back hurts but I do believe that is from over working myself a few days ago.
The unusual urination has been going on for a few weeks. I'm building a deck for a friend and pushed myself to hard then played golf the next day and ended up with a wicked back ache. Having done things of this nature before the back ache seemed a little more serious than it should've. A few days after that ordeal the belt line and groin pain started. Also I can go to bed and wake up with my back feeling much worst. The groin pain seems to favor the right side. This isn't a pulled groin as I have had that before. The sensation when I urinate isn't necessarily painful just confusingly uncomfortable. I've never had a uti or kidney infection or stones so I don't have any experience to go off of but, I haven't felt these pains before. Jason 35 yrs old
