I Have Dx Spondylosis And Some Disc Damage - Confirmed

I have dx spondylosis and some disc damage - confirmed by x-rays/doc. I went to physical therapy which helped reduce pain in my right shoulder. Now I'm left with tingling and numbness. What would be the next step? And what is the long term effect of tingling and numbness - I'm presuming this is the result of the nerve being pinched. I exercise regularly and have not noticed any muscle weakness.
