I Have E Coli In My Urine First They Gave

I have e coli in my urine first they gave me bactrim and i was suddenly ill with a terrible headache, bloodshot eyes that were very blurry, exremely bad neck pain and severe leg pain. I stopped the bactrim and started feeling a little better, when they called to tell me about the e coli and put me on cipro. I took one and within an hour those same symptoms reoccurred. What do I do????
