I have ear infection and have been prescribed a zpak I also have IBS and take promethazine daily for this issue I see that this combination causes irregular heart rythm This is the only antibiotic I am able to take since I have reactions to all penicilin and sulfa drugs Do I take the z pak I am on three blood presure meds amlodapine, clonadine and linispril
