I Have Early Parkinson's Disease And Have Suffered A Side

I have early Parkinson's Disease and have suffered a side effect from Madopar @ 125 mg x 4 per day. Nausea has been experienced in a way similar to a low blood pressure event during a barium enema examination some years ago. On advice, I have taken a Motilium tablet re-actively and the problem has eased after some hours. As this has occurred on three successive days, should I now take the Motilium pro-actively until I can contact my Neurologist.
