I Have Early Stage Of Osteoarthritis. Apart From Quadriceps Exercise

I have early stage of osteoarthritis. Apart from quadriceps exercise for 15 minutes daily, the doctor has advised me take cartizen DN and Shelcol 500 tablets after breakfast on daily basis which will supposed to continue for quite some time. I am suffering from htn, type 2 DM and asthma and these are under control. My bp-120/80, hba1c-6.7; sfasting-120, spp-156. Is it safe to continue the aforesaid medicines for long time.
