I Have Eczema And Am Medicated For Excess Eczema. My

I have eczema and am medicated for excess eczema. My Q oncerns my internal body heat.
When I lay down on my back, my back and the lower parts all over mt body heat up to an uncomfortable temp. Then; I roll over to one side and my heat slowly transferrs to the lower parts of my body all over as if the heat inside me is a liquid that rolls with me and is heavier so it gravetates to the lower parts no matter what position I choose. Sitting causes tthe heat to go to my swoolen feet and buttocks and hands. I Imagine my heater to be mercury driven by Gravity. Its been going on for about 4 months now. What can I do?
