I Have Eczema On My Hands That Flares Up Each

I have eczema on my hands that flares up each winter. I treat it with over the counter creams. For several weeks, my hands have experienced episodes of swelling and on a few occasion, my fingers have become numb, tingled, and had a white/yellowish tint. Are these more symptoms of the eczema?
