I Have Elevated ANA 1:640- Speckled, High C-reactive Protein, Delayed

I have elevated ANA 1:640- speckled, high c-reactive protein, delayed healing of stress fracture of foot, generalized muscle and joint pain, low thyroid, HTN, skin issues that are either a type of excema or psoriasis, dry eyes, slightly fatty liver by direct exam during cholecystectomy, fatigue. I had been ignoring many of my pain sysptoms, but now that the ANA and CRP are positive, I am wondering what might be the underlying problem?
