I Have Elevated White, And Red Blood Cells And Elevated

I have elevated white, and red blood cells and elevated plateletts. I get a blood draw if it is 48o/o or higher.....I am fatigued all the time short of breath and have frequent Chest pains...as if my heart stops occasionally and severe migraines occasionally....am being treated for polycythemia...Could this be something else also
