I Have End Stage Liver Disease, Though My MELD And

I have end stage liver disease, though my MELD and Childs-Pugh scores are pretty good, we are having trouble treating the ascites. Lately, every afternoon I get chills...shivering but no fever. I also get very tired and kind of stiff. Any suggestions?
