I Have Enlarged Lymph Nodes In My Neck On Both

I have enlarged lymph nodes in my neck on both sides , back of my knees , and below my clavicle. I have 1+ burr and 1+ cobalt calculates with large platelets seen . I have Lupus and my dad died from leukemia and my mother died from breast cancer . What do you think about my symptoms ?
