I Have Enlarged Thyroid Nodes - 3 Of Them That

I have enlarged thyroid nodes - 3 of them that came back - one benign and the other two inconclusive so they said they'd keep an eye on them. However, I always feel I have a lump in my throat and now I really an anxious about going to the dentist for cleaning or cavity repair because I have this recurrent issue. I am always swallowing and sometimes feel like I'm choking. How will I fare with all sorts of instruments in my mouth?
