I Have Epilepsy, Petit Mal Seizures And Take Tegretol. I

I have epilepsy, petit mal seizures and take Tegretol. I don't usually have them that often but now, for 3 days I've had 2-3 daily. I haven't totally blanked out, but have been talking and unable to keep speaking properly. I've been able to function fairly well but feel kind of light headed and dizzy. This is different than my normal petit mals. Is this also part of petit mals?
