I Have Episode Every 3-4 Days Where My Heart Is

I have episode every 3-4 days where my heart is racing, face tingling and nausea, this also makes me reaaly irratiable. I have had and echo done, heart showed strong, cath done arteries fine, it has been captured on an EKG, 1) Cardiologist said nothing was wrong, 2) cardiologist said it was my sleep apnea, sleep medicine doctor said no it isn't because my sleep apnea is under control. My PCP said it was my GERDS I was feeling. No one will listen to me, I have been dealing with this for over a year.
