I Have Esophageal Dysmotility And Have Been Hacking And Coughing,

I have esophageal dysmotility and have been hacking and coughing, struggling to breath and clear my throat and it hurts so bad in my upper right front of my abdomen and side and its hard as a rock especially when coughing, what could this be from? I had my gall bladder taken out 4 years ago so Which organ would be hard like a rock
