I Have Excessive Belching.., Air Bubbles Non Stop.,. Hurts If

I have excessive belching.., air bubbles non stop.,. Hurts if I don't release them.. & feels like they touch around my heart and other organs.. if I'm laying down they feel like they want to rip straight up out my chest. Don't really have any bowel issues. None recent anyways. I just non stop belch. Like where is all this air coming from.
