I Have Excessive Pain In My Periods On First Day

I have excessive pain in my periods on first day with that i have gastric problem also. I cant eat or drink for the whole day because of vomiting . I lie down the whole day .second day i eat a little . So much weakness & pain exist even in second day...what should i do with it ..please help..my next date is on my brothers marriage
