I have excessive sweating and am wondering if it could be something more than menopause. I've had hot flashes for 20 some years now and the hot flashes are getting worse. I've had an echo cardiogram and have an enlarged aorta, but the doc said just to recheck in a few years. I notice when I go to bed at night if I lay on my left side I have palpations
