I Have Excruciating Pain In My Left Arm And Shoulder

I have excruciating pain in my left arm and shoulder after a full disc replacement at c5/6 on May 6th. The nerve pain shots from neck to shoulder bone, down to my shoulder blade and also from shoulder bone down left arm to elbow pinkey, ring finger as well as my thumb. Pain medicine doesn't even touch it. Is something wrong?
