I Have Experienced A Pain In The Middle Of My

I have experienced a pain in the middle of my back for 2-3 weeks. It is more to the right side about half way down my back and does not react to massage. It is a very dull ache and does not hinder me from doing anything but will not go away. Today, I noticed a pain in my lower ribs on the same side (right). This pain seems to be just under the ribs themselves (not a deep pain). I may be just imagining things but I wonder if it may be related.

I haven't exercised anymore than usual..
