I have experienced a problem for approximately 8 years now. I have seen specialists, taken several different medications, but nothing has seemed to help. Sometimes my problem seems more severe, other times it doesn't bother me at all. At the beginning I wasn't very observant as to what could be causing the problem. But, I have been more observant lately and it seems as though after I eat is when I have problems most. Typically, if I lay down after I eat, then the problems are even worse and it causes me to feel like I HAVE to sit up to watch a deep breath. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
