I Have Experienced A Sudden Flushing In My Chest And

I have experienced a sudden flushing in my chest and face area, like my blood pressure is thru the roof. My eyes feel like the are about to pop out of their sockets, and they feel scratchy. Also, my pupils are bigger than normal. My heart will pound. It lasted less than 10 minutes, this is the second time this has happened to me. During, I checked my bp and it was 149/99. Within a few minutes, when every thing was calming down, I checked it again and it was 108/89. I feel fine now, just wondering if I should go to my dr? I am 45.
