I Have Experienced Chronic Urticaria For A Long Time -

I have experienced chronic urticaria for a long time - years. It ha been controlled with the otc version of Allegra, 180 mg/day. Recently I ran out of medication and I was without it for about 3 days. Although I took a dose, I now have open sores (although I do my best to not scratch,) I have lesions (?) On me forearm, on my face, and places on my skin that are swollen, feel as if they have a bump under the skin, and they ITCH! Then they burn! What the hell is going on?
