I Have Experienced Excruciating Headaches On Two Different Occassions Recently.

I have experienced excruciating headaches on two different occassions recently. Having never suffered headaches before, I am a little concerned. I am male, 49 years old. The headaches have throbbed, like a heartbeat, for more than 5 hours, on both occassions. My ears amd the back of y neck are also in pain, due to the headache.
