I Have Experienced Extremely Red Eyes And My Eyes Unusually

I have experienced extremely red eyes and my eyes unusually are clear for two to three days now. This morning I work up with slight red rash in arm pits and on legs along underwear line. I've also had a sinus condition for 5 or 6 days can't get my ears to pop causes lots ringing. Don't know if it matters but wife has had strep throat couple times this fall but not right now. Any ideas..Randy
