I Have Experienced Heavy Bleeding During My Period For As

I have experienced heavy bleeding during my period for as long as I can remember. I've been diagnosed with iron deficiency which has been caused by the high blood loss I'm guessing. I've used contraceptives before and the bleeding wasn't too heavy. But I've been off the pill for 2 years now and the heavy bleeding is back. How can I stop my periods altogether and also what are the implications of it? I haven't had any children, under 25 and I have severe period pains. I can't keep anything down, and I'm always tired and pale during that time of the month. I occasionally black out and have chills or sweat like mad
