I Have Experienced Pain In My Chest Since Earlier This

I have experienced pain in my chest since earlier this evening which I believed to be heartburn. I have taken tums, pepcid complete, Zantac with no relief. Pain has moved to my lower back. I took a meloxicam for the first time today to treat plantar faciitis. Could this possibly cause this discomfort? I have had no pain in arms, shoulders or jaw, no clamminess, sweating, etc. But I get no relief sitting, standing or lying down.
