I Have Experienced The Pain Before And Had It Diagnosed

I have experienced the pain before and had it diagnosed as Acid Reflex. This time seems different. Antacids did not help. The pain did not resolve until I vomited a couple of times. A day or two later I had diarrhea. The stools seemed lighter (almost white). So, is it still Acid Reflex or something else?
