I Have Extreme Diarrea, More Than 10 Days. I Have

I have extreme diarrea, More than 10 days. I have taken an anti-diarrhea medication for 11 days. As soon as it wears off, it starts again. apx 20 bowel Movements a day. I know I should have gone in sooner. I am weak and very tired. Can you give me some guidance.
