I Have Extreme Ear Pain In Both Ears Which Started

I have extreme ear pain in both ears which started after I had a severe nosebleed, it lasted 2 hours, was very heavy, it came from my eyes and mouth as well. During the nosebleed, my ears felt blocked but it went away after a few hours. However I started this extreme ear pain about 5 days later. My doctors say my ears are fine, there is no redness or swelling or discharge. They don't want to do further testing. I also got my teeth checked and they are fine. I have a bit of a sore throat due to a compromised immune system because I am receiving treatment so I am very worried. Please help.
