I Have Extreme Itching On My Legs And Arms...I Am

I have extreme itching on my legs and arms...I am wondering what is causing this problem. Can you give me an idea. I contacted Arizona Fever (Valley Fever) some years ago and I had this extremem itching then but it finally went away...now this spring the itching is back..could I be having a further outbreak?
