I Have Extreme Muscle Cramps That Wakes Me Up 3

I have extreme muscle cramps that wakes me up 3 or4 times every nite when I'm sleeping. I'm exhausted from not sleeping, I have always had these occasionaly in the past. they always occur in my legs and feet and are now beginning to show up in my neck and arms during waking hours, I have not found any cause or relief for this problem.
