I Have Extreme Pain In My Back Upper And Lower.

I have extreme pain in my back upper and lower. I am constipated. I went to ER last night and was given instructions to promote a bowel movements. I have done all there recommendation s and no relief. No passing gas or movements. Can there be some reason not working. Had full labs and CC scan? You advertise as free????
