I Have Extreme Pain In The Joints Of My Left

I have extreme pain in the joints of my left small finger (pinky). The entire finger hurts but the joints hurt the worst. Years ago I had Ulnar transposition surgery on my left arm (elbow) and I also had thumb anthroplasty surgery, I don't know if there is a connection or could it be arthritis? Should I go to a Surgeon?
