I Have Extreme Pain On Both Elbows. First The Right

I have extreme pain on both elbows. First the right started hurting plus I noticed little nodules. Then the left started a few days ago and it feels like a burning pain when I put pressure on my hand. I went to er yesterday and they did ex rays. They said nothing was broken but no answer to my pain and no meds. Should I go back to er because I can't stand the pain?
