I Have Extreme Pmt,, It Is Getting Unbearable Every Month

I have extreme pmt,, it is getting unbearable every month and effecting my relationships and life,, myself and my husband are trying for a second baby so I cannot go on the pill( which eliminates the symptoms for me) I can't go another month with this terrible disorder. I need help urgently with this, what would a doctor prescribe for this disorder other than the pill
