I Have Extreme Sharp Stabbing Pain In My Kidney Area.

I have extreme sharp stabbing pain in my kidney area. Ct scans of abdomen and pelvic region come back normal, blood work for liver and kidneys comes back normal. It's not going away. Everything I eat hurts, but it's not g.i. pain. The pain is in my right flank and after three 4 mg morphine shots it lessened but still comes through. I'm on day 7 of this pain. What's going on with me?
