I Have Extreme Weakness In My Legs When Getting Up

I have extreme weakness in my legs when getting up from a chair, the floor or climbing stairs. Experiencing a little dizziness when standing. I have fallen a few times. This was rather sudden about 4 weeks ago. I have an underactive thyroid and pernicious anemia.
