I Have Extremely Painful Pelvic An One Side And Now

I have extremely painful pelvic an one side and now starting on the other I had a full historectomy do not know how to spell that sorry, I had it 14 years ago don't know what to do I'm a cyclist very thin and fit healthy eater age 48 on a very pricy hormone therapy , what do you think and is it my uteris flaps? sorry bad medical speller......
