I Have Facial Perrailous On Both Side Is My Face.

I have facial perrailous on both side is my face. One came on sept 3 and the other October 9th. I Di have a fungus infection on my toungue before this happened. I also have had cold sore the last week of September. I can't smile or close either eye I feel like I still have the flu or a virus. Could this be Lyme desease
