I Have Fairly Moderate Ache In My Rectal Area (below

I have fairly moderate ache in my rectal area (below the prostate and in between anal cavity and base of penis). Also have blood in 100% of all semen excretions. Sometimes bloody urine. Need to urinate frequently (more than before) and feel as though i still need to urinate even though I don't. Ive had blood work, urinalysis, and bladder exam where camera was inserted in urethra, and cat scan, and PSA. Only results so far are: 1. enlarged seminal gland, 2. prostate enlargement, (now taking blue pill similar to propopecia) and "indications" of possible infection. PSA was inconclusive and digital rectal exam was never fully conducted because I flnched when doc put finger inside. Now I am having a constant numbing ache (best description I can give) down there......can you give me any ideas of what might be going on? Thanks.
