I Have False /positive Ama And Positive M2 Antibodies Which

I have false /positive ama and positive m2 antibodies which showed up after blood tests when a rash I got on holiday didn't clear up after a month. I also suffer from chronic fatigue. have been diagnosed as having primary Reynard's and primary fibromyalgia syndrome.
