I Have Fatty Tissue In The Very Front Center Of

I have fatty tissue in the very front center of my neck. I spent two weeks at Mayo Clinic a couple of months ago and was diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease and I have a small nodule on my thyroid. Lab work was ok. Should I be concerned with this fatty substance.
